  • Cash Payment in a Car

    You can pay cash (BYN) in a car on actual basis. This is a classic payment method. The driver will give you the  fiscal receipt and additionally, if you need, another receipt specifying the  route and the trip time (if it’s an hourly rent of the car with the driver) and containing company details and the company stamp for accounting documents. If you plan to pay cash, you should choose the payment method "cash" while making an order on our website. If you change your mind after making an order and decide to pay for the trip by a bank card, please inform the operator in advance. Always keep the receipt until the end of the trip. The receipt is the guarantee of individual rights.

  • Payment by a Bank Card in a Car

    For convenience of payment for transfer service our cars are equipped with payment terminals (for debit and credit cards). Besides, it’s possible to pay by American Express card. Those who prefer to pay by means of the phone can use distance payments (Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay). After the payment the terminal is printing a  receipt that is given to the client together with the fiscal receipt.

    We accept bank cards of the following international systems: VISA (all types), MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Belcard issued by any bank of the world.

  • Non-cash Payment for Services Rendered to Legal Entity

    The cooperation with legal entity is based on the non-cash payment for transfer service and hourly rent. Our company is working according to the standard tax system (VAT 20%). We provide all the necessary documents to tax authorities.

    Possible options of payment:

    1. 100% prepayment according to the approved claim for transport service
    2. Payment after the rendered services at the end of the month
    3. Delay of payment upon a mutual agreement of the parties
  • Credit or Debit Card Payment on our Website

    Description of the Order and Payment Procedure

    1. 1. You should fill out the ordering form on our website www.transfer-service.by
    2. 2. In the "Payment Method" section choose - "Online".
    3. You will see the cost of your trip before you place an order.
    4. 3. Click the button. "Order Transfer".
    5. You will receive an e-mail containing the information about your order.
    6. We’ll check the information and send you the order confirmation as well as the link to the payment gateway WebPay to pay for the transfer.
    7. 4. You need to check the information once again and confirm in the email that all the information is correct.
    8. 5. Now you can follow the link and make payment.
    9. A secure server WebPay makes an encrypted connection via secure protocol TLS and confidentially receives the client’s card data (card number, cardholder’s name, expiry date of the card and the check number of the bank card (CVC/CVC2). Transfer service company does not keep the payer’s confidential information (card data, login details, CVV2/CVC2 code), this information is completely secure and nobody can get your personal and banking data.
    10. As soon as we see your money on our bank account, we’ll send you a notification.

    You can pay by VISA card (all types), MasterCard, Maestro, Belcard, issued by any bank of the world.

    You should keep the receipt after the bank card payment (payment confirmation from www.transfer-service.by) in order to confirm the performed operation in case of controversial issues.

    Cancellation of the Order

    In case of the order cancellation the money is returned in the following cases:

    1. 100% of the amount – if the order is cancelled the day the payment is effected, but not later than 24 hours before the trip.
    2. 80% of the amount – if the order is cancelled the day after the payment was effected, but not later than 24 hours before the trip.
    3. 50% of the amount – in all other cases.
